We operate the mobile application Marlin VPN (the ‘App‘), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these Legal Terms (collectively, the ‘Services‘).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (‘you‘), and Oneteam Enterprises LTD, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.

USER REGISTRATION & SECURITY

You may be required to register an account to use the Services. You agree to:

  • Keep your password confidential.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Not share your login details or allow unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change any username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that it is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

Billing & Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled. You consent to being charged on a recurring basis without prior approval for each charge.

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for monthly subscriptions to new users. The account will be charged after the trial unless canceled.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, follow the cancellation process in the email confirmation sent to you. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Unauthorized data collection or scraping.
  • Harassment or abuse of other users.
  • Uploading malware, viruses, or hacking tools.
  • Circumventing security measures or restrictions.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or misleading behavior.

Violation of this section may result in termination of your account.

DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

  • The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Services will be error-free.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or data breaches arising from your use of the Services.

MODIFICATIONS & INTERRUPTIONS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the Services at any time.

You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications, interruptions, or service downtime.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation, unless otherwise required by law.
